Please note the following terms of registration:

1. There is a $25 transactional charge for registering using the form above, in keeping with the additional administrative overhead required.
2. Refunds of registration fees are subject to a $25 administration fee. There will be no refunds after 27 February.
3. Registration after 27 February will cost $199.
